Patrick Hodges is the Chief Revenue Officer of WeVideo, bringing over 30 years of experience in the software industry. Throughout his career, Patrick has worked with mission-driven companies where a deep commitment to client success has fueled employee engagement, company growth, and long-lasting partnerships.
Patrick spent two decades at Blackbaud, a global leader in technology solutions for the nonprofit sector, where he held leadership roles in sales at both the business unit and global levels. As General Manager, he was responsible for driving new and recurring revenue streams, delivering results by fostering a culture of collaboration and client focus.
In his subsequent roles as Chief Revenue Officer at two software organizations, Patrick led the development of go-to-market and retention strategies that emphasized the alignment of client outcomes with employee success. His leadership philosophy centers on creating meaningful connections between teams and the clients they serve, ensuring growth and impact for all stakeholders.
Patrick holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia.
As the Chief Strategy Officer at WeVideo, Rob Sparks brings over 25 years of experience in driving growth through strategic corporate development, M&A, and innovative partnerships. Known for a visionary approach to business transformation, Rob plays a pivotal role in shaping WeVideo’s long-term strategic direction, ensuring the company’s continued leadership in video creation and collaboration technology.
Prior to joining WeVideo, Rob served in various executive roles, where he successfully led initiatives that resulted in significant market expansion, enhanced competitive positioning, and sustainable growth. His expertise in navigating complex business environments and fostering strategic alliances has made him a key architect in building and scaling innovative businesses.
Rob holds a Bachelor (Honors) in Psychology from Carleton University, and is an avid cyclist who believes in the importance of fitness for maintaining peak performance in both professional and personal life.
